Kimberly Robinson – AAFA, ACE and IDEA Certified (pic)
Your trainer, Kimberly Robinson, has 28 years experience as a Group Fitness Instructor and 15 years as a Personal Trainer. Kimberly has certifications with AAFA, ACE and IDEA. She stays on top of her game researching the newest and most proven methods in fitness training.
Whether working with clients beginning a new journey in fitness, or training with the “seasoned” athlete, the most reward ing moments in her career have been watching clients get lean and strong and seeing the energy generated from a goup of determined individuals “playing” at their peak performance. She says a phenomenon that occurs regularly at the finish of a great evening class is spontaneous applause from everyone, congratulating each other for a job well done! Her Fitness Boot Camp finishes with a motivating “I’ll be back tomorrow” huddle. Boot Camp motto, “I’M READY!”

Lauren Anderson (pic)
Lauren Anderson is a young vibrant trainer with experience in gymnastics, and dance. She is a 2008-09 Ben-gal cheerleader. She brings energy and motivation to her students and specializes in creative and fresh exercise formats. Lauren holds a BBA in Finance from Ohio University and dances with Ballet Tech Ohio. She has proven time and time again that two trainers are better than one! Look for Lauren at FF Boot Camp! She is the pony tailed girl who had to get out of bed at 5am and is ready to KICK BUTT and take names later!

History of Friends Fitness Co.
Friends Fitness Co has roots beginning in September of 1981. Kimberly Robinson employeed with Countryside YMCA was instructing a YMCA satellite fitness program in the Little Miami Schools. This program provided an outreach to Y members as well as non members in areas that were several miles from the Lebanon facility. Many members of the Little Miami community were attending this program of aerobics and strength training “80’s” style! For 12 outstanding years, Kimberly kept this group in tip top shape and made many “Friends!”
Countryside eventually disbanded the satellite program but the “Friends” were determined to keep this great community program going! They grew and expanded, and soon this group realized they had something very special going on that made them unique from any other “fitness class.” Along with group classes they began to meet on Saturdays for hikes, bicycling, coffee/walks, and soon began their own brand of “Adventure Fitness!” Annual hikes, kayaking trips and even ballooning, and sky diving interested some in the group, and together they made it happen! A recent whitewater rafting trip took them to West Virginia where everyone still has a story to share!
This group of “Friends” is ever evolving! Now offering evening classes, Boot Camp style classes and Weekend Warriors program, there are many options for anyone, male or female, fit or ready to be fit, to get out there an join in the fun! Nearly 27 years strong, and under the direction of their certified and experienced trainer, the goal is to keep it happening! Keep fitness fun! Play hard and reap the rewards of a lifestyle that takes time to create and maintain good health and well being!
