It is certainly a challenge, but one is expected to do one’s “personal” best and there is no sense of competition. I felt stronger and more energetic than I had in years after that camp.”

I’ve hiked Fort Ancient hill for many years now, mostly in great weather but even light rain would not deter me because it’s a good workout. Well with WW you’ll certainly learn the difference between a good hike and a really great hike. On my way to WW that dismal Saturday, it started a light drizzle with snow already on the ground, so I called Kim and she said “game on!”. We hiked that entire trail not once but two times in an hour. In all honestly, my butt was kicked! I would never have expected that I could accomplish that hike twice. What a fine beginning to a Saturday morning. So don’t let the weather hold you back, you never know until you try, and WW is definitely worth the effort.

Often times, I feel much better and even invigorated after a class, and I like the way exercises can be modified for different levels of fitness. The camaraderie within the group is terrific.
