Friends Fitness Company A.M. Boot Camp provides the perfect combination of personal training, team building and hard work that results in people reaching their fitness potential! Something great happens when a group of people with similar fitness goals rally around each other at the crack of dawn to conquer the day’s workout. It’s about setting personal goals and pushing your limits. It’s about taking on a little competition, but remembering that it’s ultimately you vs. you. It’s about feeling like you would run through a wall if the trainer asked you to. It’s about the air of confidence you feel as you make your way to work that day. While most of your coworkers are still shaking off sleep, you’ve already done more running, pushing, jumping, pulling, and crawling than they’ll do all week! Best part? You did it for yourself before anyone else needed you today! 4 week Camps meet 3 or 5 days per week. A pre and post fitness assessment is included with your

This morning at Friends Fitness 5:30 am boot camp (the very best time to work out, especially in the warmer months) with certified trainer Kim Robinson, I logged 593 calories expended in 1 hr doing a 4 lap warm up, super double tabata, and carrying my equipment to and from my car!!!!! And I had a great time doing it! A big woo-hoo!!!

I recently took a month off and found out what a difference I felt. Boot Camp leaves me feeling energized the whole day! I feel so much better after an early morning workout!

Kim…just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate everything you do for us in the early morning bootcamp class! The workouts are always new (which is hard to believe after 4 years) and challenging so we’re never bored. You encourage us to do our own personal best in a positive way. Exercising early in the morning seems to energize me for the entire day which is a good feeling.

    So, thanks Kim!

And the nutritional guidance is great too 😉

  10. Joe P. says:

I look forward to the morning workouts. Thinking at 0530 can be a challenge; Kim takes care of that for us. She plans the workouts for the entire week and gives us a schedule.

Look around, beating Kim’s prices, its impossible!

Thank you for what you do Kim!

After three kids and years of having a YMCA membership I’ve never been able to get myself back to my pre kid weight. I started thinking about going to boot camp back in March and procrastinated until October but once I started I couldn’t figure out why I waited. After my first four week boot camp I’ve already lost 16 pounds and went down one size and I’m signing back up for the next session. While the thought of boot camp is intimidating at first Kim makes sure your getting the most out of your workout and works with you on alternative exercises if your having trouble with your knees, muscles, ext. Here’s to 20 more pounds during the next session just in time for the new year.

I really enjoy Kim’s morning bootcamp. I can honestly say that at 6:30am I am awake, ready to attack the day and VERY happy my workout is already done. I have never been very sucessful working out routinely after a long day at work. The exercise routine varies so you never feel like you are falling into a rut. You can work the exercises at the intensity that works for you. I have been using heavier weights to push myslef a little harder at this camp. I will be joining again in Dec 2010!
Thanks Kim, keep up the good work.
