Inverted Push ups!

Inverted Push ups!  Yes we CAN!I say, “JUMP!”  They ask, “how high?”  And so it goes in February Indoor Boot Camp!  These Campers may have even surprised their selves with their ability to do this inverted push up!   A generally healthy person can come to our Camps and after a week or so, progress into finding that athlete hiding inside.  Happens all the time!  Just watch Biggest Loser sometime and you will realize that the most obese and unhealthy of us all can amaze us with their ability to accomplish seemingly impossible feats of athleticism.

This is  more fun than the gym, People!   And it certainly doesn’t happen at your house watching your workout video.  You know, the one collecting dust under the sofa…..  It’s all good at FFC a.m. Fitness Boot Camp!  Unsure?  I am always available to answer your questions and address your concerns!

Lauren and I celebrated Valentine’s Day today with a “Mother/Daughter” luncheon at Wildflower Cafe and Coffee House, Mason, Ohio.  Visiting Wildflower has become a semi-weekly tradition  for the two of us creating a little break in our work day or taking the entire afternoon off!  These visits remain on our  Winter “to do” list in honor of the Season that lacks appreciation.    The menu is rich with organic choices all prepared fresh,  a welcome change from the usual and predictable restaurant fare.  I’ve tried many entree’s  from their luncheon menu and always leave feeling like I’ve visited the local Farmer’s Market.  If the food is this good now, imagine what Spring will bring.  Touting the “Eating Clean” lifestyle to my Friends in Fitness day after day,  all I can say is that this place  sets a great example in a delicious fashion for us all.  Visit their link on my home page.
